The party deals with more mechanical guardians, while exploring the rest of the compound. They find the remnants of some sort of magically or technologically advanced civilization.
Eventually they chance upon a chamber where the construct are produced. Afraid more of the creatures may come after them, the party destroys the production chamber.
Tana does not take kindly to this, and decides to leave the temple. Mat goes after her, and he's somehow persuaded that whatever they found in the temple, it is best left alone.
When the party leaves the compound to rest, Mat secretly closes the temple's doors with his psionic powers. Not long after, the archeologists that hired the party arrive at the excavation site. The PCs explain what they discovered so far.
