PCs (lvl 13): Èiraden, Ganelon, JP, Katarina, Felipe, Hela
Hela has an unsettling dream regarding her younger brother. She asks Eiraden to contact him with a sending spell, but the answer the bard receives is most unsettling. The party plans to travel to Hela's home to investigate the matter. Duskdreamer obliges, and teleports them to their destination.
In Brandberg the party meets with Hela's family. From Hela's grandmother they learn about the legend of an Ice Monster, formerly a sorceress. It seems this creature has a bone to pick with Hela and Felipe, since they killed her two sisters a few years back. The old crone performs a ritual to allow Hela to "sense" her brother's location.
The party travels north for a few days following Hela. The weather is harsh, most probably due to supernatural influences. Hela has another weird dream, where she meets the Winter Hag. The villain offers a deal to Hela: she will free her brother if she kills Velgoria, Felipe's squire.
When the PCs awaken, they find themselves surrounded by several blue-skinned humanoids.
