The PCs make plans in order to restore the real duke to his rightful place. Mat searches the duke's memories to get a layout of the castle, and identifies the duke's bedroom.
Later on, they get some rooms at a local tavern, where they also meet a couple of soldiers that seem to be unhappy with the current regime. The party makes a gamble to bribe them. One of the soldiers leaves, rapidly followed by Tana to a noble's house, the Rosario's, where he meets with a lady.
In the meanwhile, the others are gathering info around town and next to the castle. They spot the window of the duke's bedroom, and formulate a plan to kidnap the fake duke latest tomorrow night.
When they gather again, they follow up on Tana's info, and pay a visit to lady Rosario. With a ruse they gain access to the lady, but she's not fooled by their lies, and the whole meeting is inconclusive. Even worse, Tana spots the same soldier she saw earlier in the afternoon rapidly leaving the house, and she loses his tracks. Fearing they might have alerted a sympatizer of the fake duke to their plans, the party rapidly leaves the scene.
