PCs (lvl 9): Èiraden, Ganelon, Hela, Tana, JP
The party descends to the lower level, where they reach a metal platform of sorts, surrounded by water. While on the platform, they’re approached by several worm-like creatures. The creatures are not immediately aggressive, but soon the PCs hear a telepathic message in their minds.
Another creature, much bigger and more fearsome than the alien worms, makes contact with them, warning them to leave them alone. The PCs try to communicate in a peaceful way, but the creature’s paranoia wins over her caution, and a battle begins.
The creature possesses regenerative powers similar to those of an hydra, and its tentacles hit like sledgehammer. After a difficult fight, the PCs defeat the creature, and take some time to recover.
