PCs (lvl 11): Èiraden, Ganelon, Hela, Tana, JP
The party is on a ship, travelling north to reach one more of the Arkenos compounds. While sailing, Ganelon begins to feel sick; when his companions use magic to heal him, an illithid parasite comes out of his nose! Apparently he was infected during his imprisonment in the illithid ship, same as all the others. Healing magic is applied to all th members of the party and all the parasites are removed.
Tana keeps trying to scry on the mysterious villains, eventually succeeding. She sees him travelling through a desert together with some dragonborn guides and a giant golem. A few days later she spies him inside an ancient library, perusing texts of arcane lore.
The PCs' voyage continues, when they're attacked at sea by two giant monsters; a dragon turtle and a sea serpent try to sink their ship! The party retaliates with blades, bullets, and magic.
